Circuit Rope Heavy Resistance Rope is our heaviest Rope weighing in at 2 pounds, with a variable resistance range of 25 lbs - 120 lbs depending on distance from anchor point and pushing/pulling one or both handles with one or both hands (Example: Single arm isolation row) When the handles are split between both hands max resistance is between 55lbs to 60lbs. This rope is made 100% in the USA using 6061 aluminum. Only comes in BLACK with Aluminum handles. Every Circuit Rope Comes with a carrying bag and a door anchor.
